Spring into Spring Glen 5K Sponsorships 2023

Dear Community Partner, 

We’re excited to announce that the Spring Glen School PTA will hold the 7th annual Spring Into Spring Glen 5K (Run & Fitness Walk) and Kids’ Fun Run on Saturday, May 6, 2023. The certified 5K route will wind through the Spring Glen neighborhood and generate widespread participation as a beloved Hamden tradition.

 

As a valuable member of our business community, we ask for your support and partnership in this event. We are offering a variety of sponsorship packages, which offer visibility on our website, social media, race materials, and a banner displayed on Whitney Avenue. Sponsoring the school’s premier event provides great exposure and goodwill for your business. Our last two 5K and Fun Run events had over 300 participants from the Spring Glen neighborhood and the surrounding community. We expect that this year will bring even larger participation given the enthusiastic engagement of our school community in all of our events so far this year.

 

In addition to the benefits to your business, your sponsorship will help promote children’s health, well-being, and educational success through strong family and community involvement. The funding from sponsorships provides funds for classroom supplies, after–school program scholarships, playground materials, teacher support, and much more. Sponsorship Packages

Level 1 – $100

  • Business name, logo, and website link on Spring Glen PTA 5K webpage
  • Business name listed on sponsorship banner displayed at Spring Glen School
  • Social media promotion with other businesses

Level 2 – $250

Level 1, plus:

  • Coupons, promotional items, and/or business flyer in race packets
  • DJ announcements acknowledging sponsorship throughout the event
  • One free race entry with T-shirt
  • Two social media promotions with other businesses

Level 3 – $500

Level 2, plus:

  • Business logo on 5K T-shirts lower portion, small size
  • Business logo listed on sponsorship banner
  • Table at the 5K
  • Two free race entries with T-shirt

Level 4 – $1,000

Level 3, plus:

  • Larger business logo on 5K T-shirts (middle portion, medium size)
  • Business logo on other race merchandise
  • Social media post dedicated to single business
  • One additional free race entry and t-shirt

5K Title Sponsor – $3,000 (e-mail racedirector@springglenpta.org for availability)

Level 4, plus:

  • Business logo embedded in race logo included on front of all merchandise including t-shirt
  • Top billing, full-width logo on banner and t-shirt
  • Multiple dedicated social media posts (announcement of title sponsor, post-race thank you)
  • Name and logo on lawn signs
  • Plaque acknowledging Sponsorship
